I make things on the web, mobile and in the actual world.
I've done lots of bits and bobs over the years, and right now I'm mostly working on this.
I enjoy speaking about things I like, most recently this. You can email me if you'd like, and I'm on twitter.
Do they sell full spectrum light bulbs out there? If so, pick up a couple. It should help a bit.

My second winter in London was the worst one.
First year, even dark, wet and cold winter was entertaining for me. Every thing was first time, but then from second year, I started to feel little down soon after clock change. but now I am living in London for nearly 10 years, winter is also my favourite time. For me, it is cosy time and long evening is a good excuse for not going out at all. Internet definitely made a change though
I think December is probably the hardest month of the year for a lot of people, for a whole different number of reasons...whether or not you have SAD.
UKmari, as Bill Hicks said, talking about the year long summer in LA, "we are mammals! we can afford long scarves and cappucinos".
you can get them on the internet - laptop dead so can't tell you where, but I got some (for my plants....)
