I know I've seen this spot, but cannot place it.

that's the park where Saturday Market is held, which my office overlooks.

That's it. I recogized the bumpy shelter. They have some on campus as well.
So, you must work on Broadway & Oak. There is a bank in the lower part of that building.
Very close to Palace Bakery. Good area to work in...

Actually we're on Willamette between 8th & Broadway. It's not bad. Certainly nicer than our old location on 4th & Charnelton (right across from the jail!)

I swear I am not a stalker, just been living here too long!

When we see someone outside this window with a sniper rifle, I know who we're looking for first!!

I don't even own a sniper rifle. Now a potato gun, that is much more my style...

if you could deep fry those potatoes first and put some ketchup in the water ballons it'd be greatly appreciated.
