I've not downloaded it from there as I got it when it was first put up here (2nd version), is the version on Mozilla Update any different?

James, I fixed a couple of bugs and added a new icon, and also added the update facility, in the version on addons.mozilla.org. When mozilla finally get around to approving version 0.6 (I submitted it almost 2 months ago) anyone using the current latest version, will automatically be notified of the update.

not possible with the current moblog setup unfortunately, it would be possible to replace an image this way, but as moblog doesn't support file uploads, creating a new post this way isn't possible at present, at least not with a firefox extension.

actually, it should be possible - you can send mail with javascript, but it's pretty ghetto..

some kind of http post/xml-rpc interface is planned for the future, btw.

hmm this is true, would require the user to have acess to an SMTP server, and be configured thus, but you're right mat it is possible....I might have a play with that.
