This is indeed Norway. This was on a boat traveeling from Hammerfest to Bogen or Boden or something. We stopped in Tromso on the way down for about 3 hours, but they didn't lower the gangway! So we just admired the three visible and very tall ski jumps from the dock! I'm now at a Norwegian military base outside the Evenes airport. Its much milder down here than it was when we arrived in Banak, in the north. Its only about -2C here. Banak (with the wind chill) was about -60C! The coldest I have ever been (fully clothed...).
