On the VC front and not coming to see you with Crickson and Tor, I am gutted (and feeling more gutted with every picture!). The reason is because this is Kate's last lengthy Summer holiday this year and we do want to go away somewhere. But, because she has family in Vancouver she's been there on holiday 3 times. Including her most recent holiday, the Easter before last.
We talked about it quite a lot and decided that if we were going to do a holiday this year that set us back some money I couldn't really ask her to go back somewhere she's been loads before.
Hopefully I'll be able to get out to see you next year (sans Kate though). So make sure you do you very best to stay out there!!

hmmm. Just trying to think of ways of conning you into thinking that we are the very best of friends, so that i too can come and stay, with Crickson, Ann and Tor. So far i haven't managed to come up with anything. I will keep trying, as i want to come and see these lovely places.

Cheers Andy! It's too bad you won't be able to make it in the summer. I understand though (I didn't realise Kate went to Vancouver so recently). You'll have to organise something later though. Maybe you could persuade Aaron to come next winter and we could go on a ski trip? I've pretty much secured a 3rd year here I think, so there'll still be time.

Y'know, I've still not made it out to V Island. It's meant to be lovely, but I don't think we'll have time; Crickson and co are only coming for a week so we're gonna be hard pushed just to see the sights here.

I'm currently living in Summerland. If anyone interested in coming to this beautiful little town, you'll see there's more to just visiting vineyards and tasting wines (although that alone is a great reason to come).
