I wish ATMs weren't real time. :(

IT means if a bus is running late, they don't updatethe screens, the screens just show the scheduled time of departure :)

Yeah, I get that. And it's always been that way (annoyingly): I'm guessing that someone complained so they've tagged that on as a get-out clause.

But it isn't very explanatory, all by itself.
