I stopped for ham. Saw this. Rachel Stevens is a famous, isn't she? I'm crap at stuff like that.

Also saw new physiotherapist today, was promising. Apparantly I have hypermobility in some joints (which means I'm broken now becuase I started out better than you). Which is nice. I have to stay away from pain-causing things for the next month, which means the computer. :(

not much. I have to go back for a proper appointment yet, this was just triage. (overran by 50%, still)

She didn't seem too concerned though, or confused, both of which are good signs. I'm confident. I know of a lot of people (I'm on an RSI email list, irony of ironies - it's very low traffic!) who have managed full recoveries with good treatment, so I reckon it'll be OK. Might take a year, but so be it.

Already better than my last physio, who was talking treatment plans before I'd even told him my symptoms.

Rich says:

I don't want to necessarily insult Rach out of hand, she is after all very easy on the eye and knows her way around a pop song quite well, but cheese?

You just know that in a year's time they'll have to recall the product when she realises she's been milking the bull all this time.

Edit: Ha ha spacky hands.
