I am a female, carbon based lifeform.
I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.
And sometimes, I even dance about Architecture.
What I see, is what you get.
Looking nice and clean.
And it may be just me, but I always find monotone floorplans easier to look at than multicoloured CADs layouts.
I hope you get approval.
I i agree Lee
whole thing looks very complex to me and I await the 3d renderings so that I can understand it all
glad you're nearly there Avril - tablets must still be working!
Nige-- No relief *at all*. Need to make a couple of small corrections today, and then draw up the elevations and set up the perspectives. Also have to design four hotel suites, fix my roof plan, and fix the elevators.
hrm. overall, i like it -- but what's with that weird pinch in the lower-right-hand section, where the bar's curves and the wall's curves come together? at leats, i'm guessing it's a bar, with so many stools around it -- the 'e'- looking thing on the right-hand side.
Well since I posted this, I flipped the bar upside down, but it wasn't a pinch anyway. The rings outside the bar are just a flooring change, If I take the flooring pattern off the plan you can see it more clearly. Hangon, as soon as I'm done with the last of these corrections (Jim had me do an adjustment to the sink of all things) I will take another shot of it, with both the floor in and out, so you see what I mean. It's just not clear at thie resolution.
The project is 365,000 square feet. You're looking at 6,000. (give or take.)
*laugh*
Nige?
I don't even know where to begin with this. I don't evne know how to answer it.
I suppose it is entirely dependent on who you mean. From my friends, definitely.
But my living situation here at home is nothing short of Utterly Horrific. So it's very hard.
Two years. And I'm just getting to the endish of it. Which Im sure will have its own attendant ridiculous shit. I am just entirely out of give a rats ass at this point.
I just want it over.
i havent heard anyone sound this fed up in ages. is it rude of me to ask what happened?
Knowing the story pretty well, I can safely say you have no idea nige.
Hell, I live across the country from Elf and *I* am fed up with her living situation.
Nige-- not at all rude of you to ask. However the answer would far exceed the amount of time I currently have to explain anything.
I'm also laughing like mad at the understatement.
It's going to be quite sorted, very soon. It's just going to be a bumpy ass ride from here to there.
Heh.
I am *all* about the strapping in.
Have I ever *told* you about this project?
It's essentially, a 365,000 square foot bondage palace.
No, really, I'm serious. Honest.
bondage? now that will require some strapping in! i like. tell me more...
Where do I start? I have no idea. Just expect to see a lot of fetishy things here in the next several weeks.
