Just arrived in Harwich, well tnx HD, tnx guys. It's been quite a "creative" week (must be the weather)
;-)
Another great shot! Rape is often blamed for hay fever, but it actually is insect pollinated with heavy sticky pollen that can't easily blow on the wind. The bright yellow insect-attracting flowers should be the give-away :) As Joker has mentioned in a previous post, it's grass, and trees like birch and hazel (which, as it happens, have very small inconspicuous flowers) that are the worst culprits :)
Cheers E.
I didn't think rape was the culprit, this is the first I've seen in full bloom this year, none in NL yet, and I've been fine all week, just floored me last Saturday though.
I recon it's the trees, Birch then Euph? Right, where's that chainsaw?;-)
sticky pollened it may be, but it still makes me wheeze like an 80 a day old man. But so does grass and a many other pollens
Go for the injection FF. I don't know what's in it but it works for me! Lasts about 6 weeks, by the end of which most of the nasty stuff is out of the air, I find.
Otherwise there's another one that involves a course of injections over a number of weeks which will allow you to roll in the hay as much as you like for the whole year! Now wouldn't that be a thing!
;-)
Brilliant shot Joker!
Cheers Mystery, Cheers Viv
