It's a Christmas Cactus or Zygocactus of the genus Schlumbergera. It isn't mine so I'm afraid I don't know the exact specis but it is likely to be gaertneri.

It's a type of Dragon Fruit Cactus, Hylocereus species, also known as Pitaya. The Dragon Fruit Cactus is epiphytic.
