Yes, yes people I have emerged from my self realised obscurity to bestow knowledge on all headz. Used ta be out and about now strictly lying low dispensing wisdom.
Too much going down to stay quiet, now all of us have to rise up and speak truth to power.

There has to be more to us than dhal roti and Nokia phones...

Local elections tommorow May 4th. British National
Party (BNP) are standing in 352 wards all over da
country. Da comments this party make in their
election leaflets are deeply offensive not just to
Muslims but also to women and many other groups
in society.Well aware that mainstream parties will
take their populist agenda around refugees and
asylum seekers and make it their own but the BNP
need to be challenged. They are da ones who will
shit stir on da ground and scapegoat those who
are the easiest to blame.

So use your vote. I ain't bothered if you want to
vote tactically or vote for something like the Orange
Squash party. If you're sick of the mainstream
parties vote for an independent or Green.

Check comments made by Phil Edwards, BNP organiser
on the 27.4.06 here

I shall indeed! Trying to decide if I can be bothered going before work when the polls open at 7, or if I should be a bit more sensible and do it on the way home.

The only flyers we seem to have had have been for the Lib Dems, but I can't quite work out their manifesto, other than "the Tories can't win here! If you don't really like Labour, then why not vote for us? Go on, you know you want to..."

"Personation" seems to be the name of the crime. I'm not sure why it doesn't have an 'im' on the front of it.

It really bugs me when people don't vote at all, especially when they spend all their time moaning about who won. Most of the girls I know don't want to vote, I think it's stupid, seeing as we didn't even have the vote and had to literally fight for it. One of my friends wants to vote with her eyes SHUT! LoL

"Can you just sit there and watch as our country is being ripped apart by the forces of multiculturalism? The BNP cannot do anything without your full and active support - join, donate, get involved. Today is the day to do something. " - BNP Website

Poppy says:

I really should be working but just having a look around on the BNP's website...
"FOREIGN AFFAIRS - Britain's interests first!
IMMIGRATION - time to say ENOUGH!
EUROPE - back to British independence!
FOREIGN AID - time to spend our money on our own people!"
"the native British people, will be an ethnic minority in our own country"
"We will see to it that no money is given in foreign aid while our own hospitals are short of beds and the staff to run them."
"obliged to subsidise the incompetence and corruption of Third World states by supplying them with financial aid. "
"immigrants who are legally here will be afforded the opportunity to return to their lands of ethnic origin assisted by a generous financial incentives both for individuals and for the countries in question."

Yeesh. That sounds brutal. Then again, there is a man running for governor here in Oregon that is all for segregating gay children from other children in schools. He also is against having gay teachers.

The sad thing is that he actually stands a chance of winning in this pathetic state. Facism doesn't seem too bad now. I'm glad I'm moving.

The only people who seem to be doing any canvassing near me are Respect, however according to the Guardian's website Labour have a fight on their hands if they want to retain control of Haringey council - they dont seem that bothered judging by the total lack of canvassers and leafleters in my ward.

I know I'm not voting Tory or Labour. Not sure who I *am* voting for though...

4th May 2006, 12:54

Twiglet says:

We have not had a single piece of canvassing paperwork. Rumour has it that this area is so rough that the candidates and their entourages will not door knock or leaflet drop.

I recently went to a BNP Florist! LoL!
I went into some Florist (in my friends town) and when I walked in I was blown away by the amount of BNP Merchandise they had LoL!
Some old guy at the back was drinking from a BNP Mug, they had English flags at every door, corner, stand, the main guy was wearing a BNP T-Shirt and whilst preparing my friends flowers they were talking about how we need to keep Britain tidy...another old woman comes out wearing a T-Shirt that read "Keep Great Britain British" then my friend just burst out laughing and all together they went "tut tut tut, young folk nowadays eh?" hehehehehe

Living in the middle of pig-ignorant Yorkshire, the bee enn bee are a very real and scary presense. The annoying thing is not that they exist as a political party, but that some people vote for them. It saddens me that our System fails our fellow human beings to the point that they're not equiped with the brainergy to not vote for such a bunch of obvious, hating fuckwits.

Everyone has a vote. Everyone can help say "no".

4th May 2006, 15:57

DocD says:

True say Neel - BNP plays on peoples ignorance.

Poppy that BNP florist story is funny... they only do lilies and white carnations I suppose!

Hotdog man thats what da BNP need 2 see in our towns and cities; da finger and the hole in the fist. They are unwelcome trouble makers who parachute into areas and wind up communities.

Twiglet where u live?

Lets see how da results pan out tonight and tommorrow morning...

DocD says:

Ok Putney/Roehampton side. Don't tell me you live on Danebury/Alton estate?

4th May 2006, 20:41

Twiglet says:

No. Closer to Heath than that. Danebury/Alton is the place where everyone here is GLAD they don't live!!

4th May 2006, 20:43

DocD says:

Phew things are bit ruff that side. Worked as a Youth worker/play worker in different parts of Merton & Wandsworth years back.

Twiglet says:

I work in the community I live in too (Social housing), the vast amount of green spaces up here (Wimbledon common/Putney heath) make it bearable and the people are OK if you bother to get to know them. It's time I moved on though really.....

DImbleby had a great interview with "Nick Griffin" last night - it's online.

You can see Nick Robinson laughing at "Griffin" when Dimbleby catches him in a blatant lie.
