I had a few hours of small respite, but everything is painfully back to normal already. This was never going to be a quick process. :(

My mother gave up because of the bruising, if you're getting that you can keep it under control with arnica 30 (of course you probably know that already)
I had that too, felt great for about half a day after being "beaten-up" by her, then back to the old situation until the next session.
