Polders, the Maastricht Agreement, William the Silent, van Eyck, Gouda, Edam & that really nice one with caraway seeds, Genever, brown cafés, Oranjeboom, Amstel, licorice, smoked eel soup, bicycles, canals... yep, I miss the NL :) (Except the smoked eel soup - I only ate that on a dare.)
