my parents:

-retired.
-owners of 2 PC's.
-and they still don't know how to friggin' use them.

i came home today to find my dad trying to log into his gmail account by typing his username into the Google search engine.
let me repeat that: THE GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE!

My favorite so far is the "horrible noise" the printer made when she turned it on. I had her do it again and listened over the phone. Yeah, it was a warm-up cycle. "You mean it does that every time?!" "Yep".

Oh, and explaining why she doesn't have to worry about the ink running if she gets a label from the label-maker she bought wet. Thermoreactive plastic is a nice invention :-)
