Welcome to the official Moblog for Maximo Park - the Maximoblog.

This is where the band post photos of whatever takes their fancy that they think might be of interest to the wider public, from the mundane (backstage) to the spectacular (Archis' hair).

But they are not the only ones, as this Maximoblog is open to you!

Anyone who wants to send in a photo, whatever they feel relevant, we would love to see. The more the merrier, the more creative the better.

thanks clara! I'm not very glad about those pics though. I manage to get very good pics of all the other bands I saw that day but not of Maxïmo. Blame it on the darkness & my stupid camera...:P

I'm going to see the Kandinsky exibition at the Tate Modern next week, with a friend and am looking forward to it.I hope it's got good air-conditioning though. It's a very big place-I've not been before so will expect to have sore feet at the end of it!

heArtbeAt says:

Oh wow! You're so lucky Clara! There's some exhibitons I wanted to see in London, (like the Diane Arbus exhbitions at the beginning of the year) but unfortunately it's a bit too far for me...

27th Jul 2006, 20:48

clara says:

I'll let you know what the exhibition was like,HeArtbeAt.

29th Jul 2006, 09:46

heArtbeAt says:

Yeah, it's the summer of photography over here so it means loads of photo exhibitions!!! And as i'm a photography student it's all good for me...(& yes i still take crap pictures XD).

We've got some interesting exhibitions, but it's nothing much compared to the museums or exhibitions in other countries...

Ooh thanks clara! :]

Hi HeArtbeAt-I went to the Kandinsky today and it was amazing-
there were 75 pictures and the Tate Modern is very impressive.I'm still on a high from it. They had most of his early works and later
stuff, apart from the ten years beween 1933 and the year of his death in 1944.Probably some of the galleries couldn't lend the works
out for copyright reasons.
Anyway,I saw it with a friend and we had a great view of the London skyline with the Millennium Bridge,
which is worth seeing. You should come to visit London one day,and try to see the Tate Modern if you can.

Oh wow! That must have been awesome! Haven't been to an exhibition in a while :( didn't the time to go to any of the photo exhibitions yet...Going to London is really one of my goals sometime soon. I've always wanted to go there, but still hadn't the opportunity. I'm really hoping to go & study one year there next year...If everything works out the way I want it :P

Glad to read you loved it :D Kandinsky is just awesome :)
