a nice random image to get you started:
i now have a FLICKR page too!
"why would a reviewer make the point of saying someone's *not* a genius? do you especially think i'm *not* a genius? you didn't even have to think about it, did you?"
"monkeys are superior to men in this: when a monkey looks into a mirror, he sees a monkey.”
"i am secretly afraid of animals.... i think it is because of the usness in their eyes, with the underlying not-usness which belies it, and is so tragic a reminder of the lost age when we human beings branched off and left them: left them to eternal inarticulateness and slavery. why? their eyes seem to ask us."
"we've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of shakespeare. thanks to the internet, we now know this is not true..."
african monkey proverb: "the day the monkey is destined to die, all the trees get slippery."
"i'll buy a bunch of monkeys, dress them up, and make them re-enact the civil war"

i told a funny joke once...
looking good! did you do that with biro? how long do it take to wash off?
took ages to wash off actually - there are still little leafy ghosts on my arm now.
that's cool...
:)
my mate Niq has ivy leaves tattoo'd on her for real :)
wicked!! how long did it take!!
about an hour - i rushed it to be honest. writing with a biro on skin is actually quite tricky - after a while it tends to dry out
leafy ghosts sound good to me! impressive sir ;) whole body next... when you're bored in a... um... sauna?!
yeah - sounds good!
problem is - the only bit i wouldn't be able to do would be right arm - i can't draw with my left hand! :)
i'm sure you can get someone to do your left hand for you, people in saunas are pretty friendly hehe.
ah yes. i hadn't considered that. perhaps with a bit of training, my helping hands monkey could do it for me.
Looking good
the photo has brought out the fuzz - it doesn't look quite so robin williams-like in Real Life
nice quote for your side bar...from pirates adventure with scientists
""In short, I believe that a monkey, properly trained, given the correct dietary regime, and dressed in fancy clothes, can be made indistinguishable from a human gentleman."
(The simian in question, the most cultivated creature in the book, communicates with flash cards.)
