I was going to post 2-3 of these, but I couldn't decide which I liked the most so posted all of 'em :) This was the start of a loooooong walk to the pub. Hadn't quite estimated the trail length. Or, unfortunately, the 1 hour time difference, so we turned up a bit late to meet Andrea and John.

great shots - it's been lovely viewing all your latest landscapes.
That sounds like an impresive walk - to pass through a whole time zone : 0

where is this? Banff is a tourist trap of a town, so this must be somewhere outside of it...hope you took notes about potential ski moments..

Well, I didn't walk through the timezone. We drove through it and forgot to change our watches! A & J expect it from me know; life as a scientist has truly fried my brain.

Swamp, this is on the walk to Banff. We were in a campsite (Tunnel mountain) about 3km away from the centre of the town. And I'm certainly interested about coming back to ski at somepoint soon. Maybe when I'm a little more stable on my board!
