Yeah, I checked on the battery thing...apparently it was only the Dell & Macs with Sony batteries that the problem was with. And out of all those sold, there was only a problem with 9 of them!
As for the stickers, one has the spec and one is Sony bigging themselves up - I'm going to try and remove them without making a total mess of the laptop!

ha, the stick thing is always a right nightmare to get off!
nice. those things have the most awesome screens on them. on full brightness it's like having a widescreen sun on your lap, but with proper black where black should be.

Yeah, the screen is pretty damn amazing! There's a HD video preview on here and it looks awesome!
Keeping it clean will be the challenge!

i hate laptop stickers - there was one on the front of my ibook and it left a nasty shit behind when I peeled it off! Grrr.

oh yea, is it high def as the gfx card supports it?
