The nose on that ram is brill... love his little furry ears... less sure about the pig... ;)

OJ says:

Oh thank you. I have goat horns somewhere too, but the goats didn't have the spooky zombie eyes....

The rams are great - never manage to get too close - and maybe I've never tried!

Got a date for H & B and me to come over to Liverpool for and see the barnacle boys! 22nd Oct - helen has a party she wants to miss!

The ram was behind a fence Viv, so there was quite a sweetly decorous ram-dance going on. I'd lean over slowly, he'd take a couple of dainty steps back. As you would.

I also attempted to get that close to various long-eyelashed cows (they kept shutting their eyes!) and rather a magnificent Shetland bull. Okay, not quite that close to the bull....

I *think* we're around on the 22nd, but will have to double check with ze wife as we're making plans for October weekends at the moment. Would you like to meet up? I'll email you with my phone number and stuff...

The top two certainly draw you in for a closer and closer look, something about that spiral...

OJ says:

Thank you factotum. They had a great texture - a quality I associate with your pics now - but the light wasn't quite there to really pick it up. And of course damn sheep kept moving. I might post the non-curly goats horns too...
