"And as you cross the circle line,
Well the ice wall creaks behind
You're a rabbit on the run.
And the silver splinters fly
In the corner of your eye,
Shining in the setting sun.
Well do you ever get the feeling
That the story's too damn real
And in the present tense.
Or that everbody's on the stage
And it seems like you're the only
Person sitting in the audience
Skating away, skating away, skating away
On the thin ice of the new day"

Awesome
Love the first one, and the yellow leaf – it looks like a butterfly just about to take off.
Really like these... Obviously the weeds are evil & must burn for their sins, but you definitely get to photograph them first. :)
Thanks, H. There aren't any hardcore weedkillers in Almont. They're pretty much left alone. :)
It's hard to pick a favourite but I do like the tiny curlicues on the dandelion that's the third from the bottom.
a series of sunshine shots....really these are very nice indeed....and i love the little 'curlies' too :-)
Thank you. :) It was a lovely day, nice and warm, but it is getting chilly at night now.
i like the way it looks like 'he' has his 'hands' on the heads of two little kids....or something
That was my initial thought as well, protecting the offspring, or perhaps saying farewell. All life has its way.
Thank you. Everything can be pretty, it's all in the way you see it.
actually, any chance you could send me a high res of that top shot? lovely.
Thanks, Nige! You just made my morning, too. Yep, I'll send off a high res to you. :)
