Lucky you to have sushi available. One of the things I can't get in central North Dakota.

Why not make your own? Do you have freshwater crayfish up there? Tinned crab meat, smoked salmon, salmon roe, asparagus, cucumber, sweet peppers... all make great sushi... You can get rice & seasonings etc mail order if there are no nearby stockists... Go on, you know you want to! :)
hehehe..Hildegard...you have the passion of someone who believes everyone should enjoy sushi......( I have to say that it was your passion that made me try it...now I am a convert....better late than never eh? :-) )
