Why not make your own? Do you have freshwater crayfish up there? Tinned crab meat, smoked salmon, salmon roe, asparagus, cucumber, sweet peppers... all make great sushi... You can get rice & seasonings etc mail order if there are no nearby stockists... Go on, you know you want to! :)
