Romanesco yes, but I'm pretty sure it's broccoli, not cauliflower. We had some growing in our garden, but it didn't go well.

that's SO weird, my roommate got one of those in her organic vegetable box thingamie this week. we had to look it up online. hilarious. it looks like part of an alien head on star trek.

According to www.math.toronto.edu it's a romanesque broccoli. There's also a photo of one painted up in bright colours to higghlight its fractal patterns
