Euphro is 'lucky' enough to have a wife who backed into his car this morning and cracked the bumper! The flowers were an apology - he has been kind enough not to mention that! Embarrassed Mrs Euphro :)

after my ex wrote my car off (it was over 25 years old and a collectors item) by falling asleep at the wheel in a traffic jam where none of the other cars were moving, the extent of his apology and relarations were telling me that I should be pleased he was OK. I was, but that's hardly the point, and shows just how 'lucky' Euphro is in so many ways...

Welcome back Euphros! Mrs. E, if it makes you feel better, my mom managed to do a similar thing - she backed the new car into a guard rail while leaving a train station - we had just been to Boston to visit Dad, who was in hospital having both knees replaced. The car was only about 2 months old.
