Moblogging my life in northern Minnesota, USA
Excellent!! First moblog snowblog of the fast approaching winter :)
Blue Eyes, there is a time for that type of weather, but for me it has passed. Growing up in the North, I am much more comfortable in a ski jacket and snowpants than tee shirt and shorts.
540air and Monkey_finger, I am digging the enthusiasm. Thanks for the comments!
Thanks. I think the enthusiasm comes mostly from the fact that we have another 2-3 months before we can begin to expect any snow over here.
Had you posted this in March, we probably would've said something about wishing for sun!! :)
Has the weather changed that quickly from the golf course pic? If it has that's quite bananas!!
Absolutley! If it's going to snow, let be something big and white and fluffy. All Toronto got was one of those 'wake up it's going to happen soon' dustings that melted ten minutes later.
I am going to enjoy watching your winter.
540air, you got that right. This was a quick transition from Fall to Winter. Those golf course pics were only a few days ago:

Euphro, I hope this is a sign that winther `06-`07 will be a good skiing and snowboarding season at Giants Ridge. The snow has been light the past couple years, and this exceptional snowfall is a step in the right direction.
Swamprose, I hope you do. I know I will be enjoying it. :)
I'm so jealous....one of my aims in life is to live close enough to a decent sized mountain, the idea of driving to a nice slope as opposed to flying half way accross europe, is a very nice thought.
You guys got buried early! No snow here next door in North Dakota. Yet. :D
Joe, I would like to live next to a decent sized mountain, myself, closest thing is a 500ft vertical at Giants Ridge. It is great fun, but nothing like out west.
Caine, no kidding. Crazy weather! :) But it won`t last; the temperature predictions for this week are in the 40s.
Viv, It was great while it lasted, but now the rain is pouring down and washing its all away. Appropriate enough, I guess, for a Monday. There may be some more snow here later this week.
Haha, Brian, I still have 10w30 in there; it needs 5w30 to start cold. I`ll change it soon, but I have been busy, ok? :)
haha I see that my car was the first snowblog moblog pic of the season! That's pretty cool. I don't think I'm going to see snow unless I come up there!!
