I always have adventures in the kitchen.

paintist says:

please tell me this is art, and not that you put a knife in the microwave....:-)

swamprose says:

never thought of microwave this is the knife left too close to the burner effect. Note attempt to wipe it up. Tile by Mathias Ostermann, fine Canadian potter.

so go do fun things with your plastic knives :)

Was this an accident that the steak knife was torched?

5th Nov 2006, 04:05

swamprose says:

yes, J. an accident. I seem to make good food, but there is always a pretty good chance of something being torched or exploding.

and my specialty is smashing expensive glasses while washing up... so there's plenty of glass hiding in the water to slash my fingers on... I have to say I like your artwork much better!!!

m-f, I have no dedication to art. I do love to eat, however. And it scraped off nicely once it cooled off. :)
