It was gorgeous, and so big that we still have half of it in the fridge. The children loved it :)

I've discovered if you slice the crown off, score down the sides in sections like an orange, submerge in water and pull apart - you can get all the lovely arils with minimal bleeding.

I think I'll go finish off the arils in my fridge now.
