Not a big fan of tofu, but gotta say that looks gorgeous.

i am not a fan of tofu either, thats why i make these to disguise it.

Tofu has no flavour or even texture on its own. It really has to be cooked the right way - and then paired with a strongly flavoured sauce. I've swayed confirmed tofu-haters to the dark side with my tofu fajitas before...

Tofu tastes only of the sauce they're dunked in.
This would make tofu taste good, I reckon.
