I think it is the same tree that I got excited about seeing blossom on earlier in the year....does it flower twice? earlier post

There are winter-flowering cherry blossoms, but I've never seen one that had started flowering before it had lost all its leaves :)
I thought it looked like a cherry blossom, but always think of spring...so it blossoms twice a year?

No I think as E said its winter flowering - noticed them in Skipton before but as E says not before losing their leaves!
Viv...I posted the same tree earlier in the year...see link above...and it seemed as if it was only just blossoming then....
