I LOVE this photo. In my imagination, this is a happy dog contentedly going back to bed after his humans have gone off to work on a dreary November day.

Telling a greyhound they are not allowed on the bed/couch/recliner/anywheretheyfit is the definition of wasting your breath :-). She's a lovely girl.

Could you tell Neela the lurcher rules? including, 'lurchers are not allowed under the duvet', and 'lurchers are not allowed to lick my eye'.

hildegard says:

Heh, forget it - Lurcher Rules are not learned, just enforced. ;)

Lurcher - bit on the bulky side; I always suspected her of being crossed with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier...

hildegard says:

She was. Which is a darn good thing, as her habits were not nice & only her beauty & her affection for her humans kept her in favour... :)
