Hi, I'm Rick also known as Mr. C. I used to shoot with a Canon SLR, but that was a long while back. I got a new camera, an Olympus SP-510UZ on 11/06/06. I've added a Nikon D90 with a 55-200 lens to my camera bag in 2010. I'll get a camphone if Almont ever enters the 21st century.

I'm now shooting with a brand new Nikon D90 with a 55-200mm VR lens.

It's very hard to photograph black cats well. You've done a great job here, and what a fantastic composition!

I love the fact that one of them decided something on the ceiling was more interesting than the food slave human with the camera :-). Excellent shot Rick!

Thanks, E. That's mama Sinister (center)and her four daughters, (from left) Miss Adventure, Izzy, Teddy and Lynx.

Everyone, I like all the different names for a group of cats! They are funny.

I was standing in front of the window, and the sun was reflecting off the face of my watch onto the wall and ceiling. I had been playing with them for half an hour before I ran and got the camera to get this pic.

Thanks, Swamprose. No, they didn't stay still for very long. I had to one-hand the camera while jiggling my watch wrist to keep their attention on the light spot on the ceiling.

Mrs. C, I'd played with them for about a half hour beore I grabbed these photos.

Thanks J-XL What? No food in their dish? Let them eat Light!

Thanks, Euphro. I did make a video just the other day on my camera of the cats playin' with the light. Just have to figure out how to process it and where to post it.
