The daily photo experiment
It looks wonderful and the lard should make the crust flakier.
That's the idea with the lard. Plus lard jsut makes stuff taste better.
What's the filling like?
Nothign major. Basically Just egg white beaten within an inch of it's life, sugar and lemon juice then baked for about half an hour ish.
Oo, yu-um!
