This guy just turned in to the lane where I was parked and stopped and waited for his wife to come back. He made no attempt to move or find a parking space, he just stopped where he was.
Parking in the pick up / drop of point to go do your shopping is one thing that really annoys me, but parking like this takes it to a whole new level..
