Ta Euphro. It got really windy and a bit scary after awhile. I was alone so i chickened out and turned for home. Did about 10 miles think
thought i was about to go for a swim when a particularly eager gust of wind came to play
Haven't been able to swim or gym for weeks cos of sprained ankle, but can cycle, its good to blow the cobwebs out
cycling is good exercise for a sprained ankle, but don't overdo it. sounds like you had an interesting ride. I originate from between castleford and pontefract and spent my entire childhood cycling that area - favourite sport was trying to overtake tractors going up Mary Pannell Hill at Allerton Bywater.
i was heading to Allerton Byewater, but turned back just before. Mary Pannell Hill you say, i will look it out at take the baton from you.
