now I have the Pointer sisters in my head... dammit.. I don't even like that song!

nice photos though. :)

OJ says:

The Pointer Sisters?

Let me put you out of your misery. This is the song I was thinking of.

Unless of course that's what you meant. I try to be true to whatever title first occurs to me.

mat says:

Ah. I don't have flash, I can't see YooToob. (I'm not sure if this is a curse or a blessing, most days). I'm probably wrong about who did it - as I said, I don't really like the song.

cracking series!

2nd Feb 2007, 16:03

OJ says:

I thought maybe it was a different song you didn't like. Oops. Sorry. I'll try to think of another for you....

hildegard says:

OJ - not sure I'll forgive you for that link in a hurry. Have you any notion how hard that's going to be to shift? Could take hours of Test Department... ;)
(Edit) Ah no, my mistake - this washes it right out; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRXiplFU7FA

OJ says:

Would it help if I said I was now singing along to Kirsty McColl....New England?

Can't decide which line I love more. I put you on a pedestal/You put me on the pill is pretty good. Oh and of course the space hardware.

I'm sure the levity will pass and I shall go home and listen to Patti and PJ, all dancing banned....

2nd Feb 2007, 16:25

OJ says:

Oh that's just mean Hildegard.

Here, have this. Catchy but not cheesy.

They're doing well now. Knew they would..

2nd Feb 2007, 16:37

hildegard says:

Oh no, I'm holding you responsible for my wasting the last 10 minutes tooting uncut disco; www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrUoiXnoftA
(Edit) Hm, that's kippered.
Hopefully unkippered link

Nooo, it has to stop. I have things to finish before I leave.

Best song I've heard this week by a long chalk was Howlin' Wolf. Smokestack Lightning. I'll leave you with that thought.

OJ says:

Aw thanks guys. It's been a long time no moblog. Perhaps if the sun stays out...

Steve, I think I was tilting my head because I was thinking "diagonal". That's like reading out loud isn't it?

MaggieD - the links are good music, promise. Well I can't vouch for Hildegard's.

Crickson - ta. I'm especially liking my rugby shoulders in 2. I look like a quarterback but it's my favourite pic too. Don't know quite how I got that effect, it certainly wasn't in the gym.

Euphro, didn't know you liked the Long Blondes. They are classy.

Gael, I'm going off to ask V about Fassbinder right now...

Oh and Nige.... :)

Getting a new K800i on Monday so I shall be back in town proper....
