Thanks Midlife, actually after acupuncture there's generally more discomfort unti it gets much better. Yes it really works paintist. Personally I don't think the needles hurt, they're really fine, but apparently some people faint!

Dhamaka, sorry havent been on for a while, no computer at the moment. I usually need a couple of sessions combined with stretching and stuff. Am swimming for this injury.
