should I worry that the guy doing my taxes is in the Lada Canada headquarters?

I checked out the parking lot. No Ladas.

Jesson says:

A Lada is a type of car??? We don't have them here. Only other thought is that a larder is a place to keep dairy products but I guess that doesn't help either ;-)

Jesson! hello. we have been missing each other. Lada is a car, made in Russia.
I didn't know they even had an office in Canada.

Jessop: Ladas do exist in Australia, it's just that no-one wants to drive them.

As for the many comments I need to swallow.

None of the employees would want to be seen driving one?

Not very good advertising for the car, Joker. But the guy who does my taxes is ace.:)

wouldn't you like to know says:

The reason there is no Lada's parked at the former LadaCanada headquarters building is they were no longer imported after 1998 and they lease out the building. I could think of all sorts of colorful comments about all sorts of different makes of vehicles.

Richard says:

So many Lada jokes... so little time.

Actually, Ladas are tough little cars that, when treated with respect, will give you years of services.

My first car was an '86 Lada wagon. I loved it so much I bought a second one... a '91 Lada wagon.

I use my wagon every day and I live in Winnipeg where temps can range from +35 in the summer to -52 in the winter.

I have also owned Japanese and North American cars and I would say my Lada ranks in the middle for reliability... Japanese cars being first and North American cars being dead last.

Cheers !!
