The Barbakan is truly a piece of bakery heaven but somehow their hot x buns never convinced me. Always found them a touch on the dry side compared with home-made...
On the other hand, if I ever visit CcH, I buy a freezerful of their 6 grain bread & plenty of pandoro. :)
