Twiglet says:

According to the 2 critics here it wasn't scary but it was very entertaining.

Sprocket says:

I prefer the sci-fi episodes to the 'let's go back in time and have a cheap episode by raiding the BBC costume dept' episodes.

Still, tonight's ep. was entertaining.

Twiglet says:

You have a fair point there Sprocket. As one who doesn't really care for sci-fi though, I have to say that if I ever got to ride in a time machine I would probably be more likely to go back in time than forward or out into space.

However BS whole heartedly agrees with you...

Helen says:

It was alright.

Too many references to Harry Potter. And I was disappointed that Shakespeare was not from the Midlands.

FilbertFox says:

i agree with Helen. But any H.P. references are too many for me (i know i am in the minority but i cant stand H.P.) and it would have been nice to here a Midland accent coming form the dude.

Sprocket - i believe that the dressing of the theater to make it look 'authentic' was quite a tricky business.

Sprocket says:

More K-9 I say, oh and the sea devils, they scared the bejeesus out of me when I was a lad.

Helen says:

FF, that's exactly what I meant. Even though I read the things.

I liked the pretty witch. She was good.

FilbertFox says:

Yay, a fellow H.P disliker. Emperor's new clothes is what i think. I read 3 or 4 just to see what all the fuss was about, and i thought the story lines were just about o.k, but the writing was dreadful.
