Fresh Pasta

Fresh homemade pasta. No mixers involved and every noodle cut
individually by hand.

(The last picture is dinner. Which is the pasta with a chicken cream sauce)

About half an hour from start to finish. It's not a long process at all really. And I have done it before.

I think it took longer to make dinner than to make the pasta.

What mix of eggs/yolks/flour do you use? I find the reccommended 100g/1egg a little bland - I'm a 200g/1egg/2yolks kinda guy...

I usually go for 225g flour, 2 eggs and some olive oil.

300g aa flour,3 eggs and a pinch of salt, with 20 minutes kneading is how I do it.

Seems 1 egg per 100g of flour is the common thread here.

I need a pasta machine.
