Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream - Egg Free

One of our dear friends came down for lunch, and their son is allergic
to eggs, so julie found me this recipe for home made ice cream.
Step 1) measure out equal amounts of drinking chocolate powder, double cream
and milk.
Step 2) pour into a bowl, whisk till all the chocolate is mixed in.
Step 3) (not pictured) pour into a tub and bung in the freezer.
That's it, just wait till it's frozen and serve, both kids managed to eat and wear it. It went down very well.

may also have to try that but didn't it come out of the freezer solid? most recipes say you have to take it out of the freezer and rewhisk every few minutes...

Hi this ice cream looks great, but you dont say if the drinking chocolate is in powder form or made up with water! Cant wait to try it either way!
