Sorry to be a party pooper but the bad news is that flea collars don't work - fleas adapted to the chemicals they contain generations ago. On the other hand, we're quite slow at evolution so you shouldn't really touch a cat who's wearing one.
You need to go to your vet for stuff that really, truly works, as they're all prescription medications. She'll have to be seen first but most vets do regular free nurse clinics, which is all it takes.
(Edit) Hope they do that collar in a non-toxic version - it does suit her. :)
