Ouch!

Arnica gel will help that fade quickly, and also help the pain. Just don't get any in the open area (I'm assuming the bandage is over a wound). Clicky for info on it - it's quite common over here and I hope you can find it there. This has been a word from your friendly neighborhood klutz who bruises easy. ;)

OR Arnica in tablet form, then there's no worrying about getting it in the wrong places!

Looks like the inside of your arm, must have been quite a spectacular fall to get it there :(

Hehe...thanks y'all. Silar & Ess - been munching arnica tablets like sweets, seem to be helping - that stuff is amazing (from one clutz to another! :) Other side of elbow also nice shade of navy. Fucking tram lines. Need thicker tyres..& training wheels...
