The ice cream is truly lovely. I ate WAY more of it than any human should yesterday and will likely repeat that today at some point. Fresh ice cream never lasts more than a day or two around here.

I must get some yog so i can make soe rhubarb ice cream, it is lovely

No custard. This doesn't need it. All it is is fruit, powdered sugar, lemon juice and cream.
I was going to make a big batch of vanilla bean ice cream for Xochizlan this week with a custard base. I won't touch the stuff but he'll plow through it.
