Welcome to the official Moblog for Maximo Park - the Maximoblog.

This is where the band post photos of whatever takes their fancy that they think might be of interest to the wider public, from the mundane (backstage) to the spectacular (Archis' hair).

But they are not the only ones, as this Maximoblog is open to you!

Anyone who wants to send in a photo, whatever they feel relevant, we would love to see. The more the merrier, the more creative the better.

Get involved!

Newcastle uni gig was very, very hot. Had to peel my clothes off when I got home !!. There were some right 'nackers' next to me at the front - they looked as high as a kite !! You are right Sav about the drinks getting thrown, its totally out of order, just as well they were plastic.

throwing things at bands has to be stopped venues have to be prepared to throw these people out and the crowd should point them out getting thrown out a few times might put a stop to them otherwise we`ll find that somebody get hurt badly one day then there will be crys of why didn`t any body do something before it happened

vic says:

bands may have to perform behind some kind of see through plastic screen for their own safety like the football fences , so do something towards stopping beer throwing at gigs

12th May 2007, 15:13

clara says:

Hope so. Vic.
There were some plastic bottles/glasses thrown at the London shows and I counted seven crowdsurfers at S.Bush Empire
-quite worrying indeed.
