I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.
And sometimes, I even dance about Architecture.
What I see, is what you get.
hehe, that's some mad toyage - it looks just as cramped as Fplanet too.
This place had way more toys than Fplanet here. A lot of stuff I'd never seen before. And a new collection of miniature designer chairs from Japan, so I'm now collecting THOSE again....
hehe, I've seen those chairs over here. Damn expensive, at least the ones I saw. As much as I love spending vast amounts of money on entirely useless crap £200 for a tiny Bauhaus chair is slightly out of my bracket.
no no, *YOURE* talking about the little Vitra chairs. I've been going out of my way to avoid starting a collection of those.
The ones I mean are like $10 a pop, from Japan.
Those Vitra chairs though? Those are REALLY nice. They're exact replicas, down to the materials and everything, just 1:6 scale.
ahhh, well that's definitely more within my acceptable limits for useless crap.
Oh god damnit now I want to buy chairs for all my toys.
Done esta?
Donde esta?
Second Avenue, just north of 7thStreet, second floor. Toy Tokyo.
Oooooooo. I want some tiny chairs TOO now that you've mentioned them. I have been very good on the resisting more toycrap recently...maybe soon I will snap and need more...sigh
