Sports physiologist might be able to set you up with a proper knee brace. Or, might tell you footie is right out, which would suck, but not as much as blowing the knee out.

Three days on and it still feels wrong. I think I'm actually going to make a doctor's appointment about it, as it needs fixing one way or the other.

It's been fairly pooped since I was about 12 and damaged my cartilidge, but I gues getting older and working it hard has upset the apple cart a bit.
