Love seeing these eroding buildings being absorbed into the ground. Makes nothing seem permanent. It's strangely reassuring in a way.

Backs are mystery. Sometimes they just go. I've learnt that my back gives me grief when something isn't in balance in my life - not enough exercise, too much work, not enough relaxation.

nige says:

i can totally believe that. i havent got on my bike in two weeks...

taniwha says:

oh, that explains all teh walking. I thought you were moving towards a more sensitive, increasingly spiritual promande style of moving about.

I like the zen place I get into on my bike. Strangely it's not the same place as when I train well with weights..

That's a lovely image taniwha, can feel the warmth with which you took it

taniwha says:

Oh thank you. I love these sort of buildings.

Zen as in empty? I always feel so preoccupied on my bike.

13th Jul 2007, 18:35

Dhamaka says:

It shows
Zen as in centered - on the bike centered and in touch with the rest of the world, in the gym centred and the rest of the world zones out

(don't like English or American spelling of that word, keep changing them)

taniwha says:

Okay centred. I feel most centred when I'm writing well.
