Thanks Silar.
Now I jsut have to figure out how to get my friend code and connect to people.
The friend's code is found in the Pal Pad,
connecting to people is done in the upper floors of the pokemon centres, but you need to get so far in the game before it lets you do it.
You may not have the pal pad yet either.
Silar's team looks similar to mine, except I don't have Geodude (cos they're scrubs) and my Ponyta has evolved. Once I've got the DS back online I'll happily hand your asses to you all.
Be prepared to be baffled by the cockmonglers at the trade station - these guys are idiots.
At last, though; people I'll be able to do the trading evolutions with.
*goes back to levelling up his pokemans*
Yep I jsut got it. Here's my code:
4253-0797-5861
Silar and Rich I've added you both.
you're made of fail, dude.
From what little i've gleaned, Diamond and Pearl have by and large sorted out the balance issues.
I've been playing the pokemon games since the beginning and have actually played most of them. The only thing that kinda disappoints me about the DS version of these is that it doesn't use the touch screen enough. Pokemon Rangers and Pokemon Link are the best got that functionality.
I don't care for any other part of the Pokemon franchise, but I do enjoy the Gameboy/DS games.
Oooh, wait 'til you go underground, or start making poffins (actually that's a bit lame, but I found it quite relaxing). I haven't played any of these games until this one, but I've had a go on Ruby since then and boy did I miss the touchscreen battling. It's not the most innovative use of the screen but it makes things so much more easy.
I find it annoying to keep swapping between stylis and D-pad. I jsut use the D-pad and have done with it.
You should play Pokemon Rangers. That's mega innovation on the use of the touch screen. It's a real challenge too and alot of fun. The only thing is that it's mega linear in the story.
Yeah, I've got it. It's alright, but I got it after Diamond so I haven't given it the attention it deserves. Seems a bit of a throwback to the early DS games, though.
The new Zelda, though... That makes use of all the DS, it's Teh Awesome.
I haven't gotten the new Zelda yet. I knew I'd be getting this so haven't really bought many games knowing I'd be obsessed with this for a while.
heheh, yeah, I've already put in close to 90 hours. The joys of having a local import shop!
Zelda doesn't come out in anything readable until October, though, so you've plenty of time to perfectamon.
Now I have something new to look forward to. Yay for Zelda.
I'd play imports, but I don't know japanese. :o)
