You can't take a photo of this, it's already gone.

This week I have been mostly... having a gret time

I have been mostly playing with my new Canon 5D MkII

I'm currently reading... Harvest, Tess Gerritsen

I am mostly listening to... Muse

I am currently... Writing another grant, which will hopefully fund my life in Vancouver for another 2 years

When I should be... doing labwork again... It's been a while.

I am most looking forward to... May, when I'm going to Toronto and Reykjavik and ending in the UK to see my friends get married and hopefully meet my little sister's baby.

This weekend I am... Taking my camera out somewhere...

The website for my lab

My brothers website

An amazingly good program that can recover lost/deleted photos

Another stranger fig tree, this time called the "curtain". The tree it
was originally killing collapsed onto an adjacent tree, which then also
got strangled and fell onto another tree, leading to this weird
wedge-shape.
