That cake isn't “real” is it? I mean, I think it's a bizarre “cake” shape made of real nappies, as opposed to a brilliantly crafted icing monstrosity?! Either way, that’s weird.
Heheh, nah -- it's actual nappies tied together in a cake shape. It could get really disgusting if it were edible, although people do get a bit mental with baby stuff over here so it wouldn't surprise me!
